Inktober 2018 | Original work
Since 2015, I have participated in Inktober, an insanely fun community “event” where artists create and post a drawing a day for the entire month of October. So far I’ve focused on portraits of musicians, telling different stories of their influences in my life. It is absolutely one of my favorite things to do, and I look forward to it every year. This year’s series was the first time I linked music to movies. I chose to do fictional musicians, some played by actual musicians, and some played by actors. I was flooded with requests! It was a blast.
